An emailfrom Great Wolf, confirming their plans for the staff accommodation, has been posted on the Bolsover District planning portal (read the letter below). Coffee, tea and cake session This was a great success and raised over £600. A big thank you to our bakers, growers and helpers. Once we sorted out how to run a raffle, where to hang the bunting and was it going to rain, we were ready. Lots of visitors came, cake never lets you down and new contacts were made. On Wednesday we protested outside the council offices at The Arc in Clowne as there was a planning committee meeting that day.

Despite some reports to the contrary, the tractor driven by a local farmer to highlight the continued loss of food producing land, did not park and obstruct traffic, nor were children and mothers frightened by it!
